1 Arrival

2 The Dalì Universe – hotel change

Tour in the footsteps of Dalí with visits to Girona and Figueres (his hometown). Girona, one of northern Catalonia’s most beautiful medieval cities with Roman features the Old Town and the Cathedral, built between the 11th and 18th centuries, with the landmark wide staircase at the main portal. In Figueres, the birthplace and final resting place of Salvador Dalí, the Dalí Theatre-Museum showcases the artist’s surrealist style, built on the ruins of the city theatre destroyed in the Spanish Civil War. The museum, part of the Dalí Triangle, complements his house in Port Lligat (Cadaqués) and the Castell de Púbol.

  • 1 x 6-hour guided tour of the Dalì Universe (Girona and Figueres)
  • 1 x admission to the Dalì Museum

3 Catalunya roots

Tour in the heart of the most authentic Catalonia, exploring some of the most characteristic and picturesque villages and medieval towns, including Vic, Besalù, and Castellfollit de la Roca. While the coast buzzes with activity, just a few kilometers further inland, time seems to stand still. Opportunity to taste some tapas independently.

1 x 6-hour guided tour of Catalunya’s Medieval Towns

4 Barcelona and the Sagrada Familia

Start of the city tour in the heart of Barcelona, at Plaza Catalunya and the famous La Rambla, with the Boqueria Market offering typical Spanish products. Exploration of the Gothic Quarter and Born, admiring the iconic Cathedral and the Catedral del Mar (exterior view), which has inspired books and TV series. Afternoon visit to Gaudi's Sagrada Familia, one of the most significant churches in the world. Final bus ride along the iconic Passeig de Gràcia, home to Gaudí’s modernist masterpieces, including Casa Batlló and Casa Milà.

  • 1 x 6-hour guided tour of Barcelona
  • 1 x admission to the Sagrada Familia

5 Montserrat and Penedes wine region

Visit to Montserrat, one of the world’s most fascinating monasteries, perched on a mountain overlooking the Llobegrat valley, through which the river eventually flows into the Mediterranean. Rack railway ride down to the valley for a memorable view. Afternoon visit to Penedès, one of the most important wine regions in Spain, known for its famous Cava or Spanish “champagne”. • 1 x Cava wine tasting paired with typical products (Butifarra sausage and Charcuteria cold cuts)

6 From Spain to France with a stop in Marseille – hotel change

Back to France, stopping in Marseille to visit France’s second-largest city. Marseille is often touted as the new Barcelona, as both cities share the same glistening Mediterranean shores. The city has a rich sense of itself – this is, after all, where La Marseillaise, the French national anthem, originated from – and sitting at the crossroads of the southern French and North African cultures, it offers edgy art, sumptuous history and delicious food.

  • 1 x 3-hour guided walking tour of Marseille

7 French Rivieria - Antibes and Cannes

Antibes, with its historic old town and picturesque marina, reflects the charm of the French Riviera. The city is dominated by landmarks such as the Fort Carré and the Picasso Museum, along with the scenic seaside promenade. In the afternoon, Cannes, home of the famous film festival, reveals its sophisticated and cosmopolitan atmosphere, with elegant boulevards and luxury boutiques.

  • 1 x FD tour escort for the Antibes and Cannes excursion
