Tour in the footsteps of Dalí with visits to Girona and Figueres (his hometown). Girona, one of northern Catalonia’s most beautiful medieval cities with Roman features the Old Town and the Cathedral, built between the 11th and 18th centuries, with the landmark wide staircase at the main portal. In Figueres, the birthplace and final resting place of Salvador Dalí, the Dalí Theatre-Museum showcases the artist’s surrealist style, built on the ruins of the city theatre destroyed in the Spanish Civil War. The museum, part of the Dalí Triangle, complements his house in Port Lligat (Cadaqués) and the Castell de Púbol.
