Approach to Montaña de Tinaguache, where the open landscape and volcanic forms create a striking dialogue between sea and solidified magma. Gentle descent to Playa del Jablillo, a sheltered sandy bay with crystal-clear water, ideal for a relaxing break or swim before walking back to the hotel.

Continue to the picturesque coastal village of El Golfo, with its whitewashed houses and colourful fishing boats along the rocky shoreline. Short walk to El Lago Verde, the famous green lagoon in a half-collapsed volcanic cone, where the intense emerald water contrasts sharply with the black sand and turquoise sea.

4 Montaña Colorada and Volcán del Cuervo
Bus transfer to the volcanic heart of Lanzarote for a loop hike around Montaña Colorada, whose red slopes rise above surrounding black lava fields and illustrate the island’s most recent eruptions. Continue on foot to Volcán del Cuervo, following a path that leads directly into the crater to experience the silence and amphitheatre-like setting of this unique volcano. On the way back, stop in the traditional village of San Bartolomé, with its whitewashed houses, small squares and rural architecture contrasting with the rugged volcanic scenery.

5 Caldera Blanca and Malvasía wine
Short bus ride to the edge of an impressive sea of lava, where the trail crosses hardened lava flows and ash plains before climbing to the rim of Caldera Blanca, one of Lanzarote’s most spectacular craters with wide 360° views. Visit to a winery in the La Geria region to discover the island’s unique vine-growing techniques in volcanic ash and semi-circular stone walls. Guided tasting of characteristic Malvasía wines as an introduction to Lanzarote’s distinctive wine culture.
