Start of the tour in Montemarcello and its Natural Park with wonderful panoramic views over the Ligurian coast and Portovenere. The route continues to the Gulf of Poets and the characteristic town of Lerici with its charming bay. Time to unwind and admire the beautiful sea.

2 The Versilia Coast and Sarzana
Starting from the hotel the tour follows the beaches along the Versilian coast. Stop in Luni, once a mighty Roman seaport, now famous for the ruins of its ancient Amphitheatre. The tour ends in Sarzana, a 16th-century walled village, whose fortifications remained almost completely intact. On the way back, stop at a winery for a tasting of the local wines.

4 The Cinque Terre
This bike tour through the National Park of the Cinque Terre is an absolute highlight. Start in Monterosso, the largest of the five charming villages and the only one boasting a wide, sandy beach. The tour reaches Manarola; cycling along a panoramic road between the sea, vineyards and fragrant Mediterranean macchia, the route passes through the picturesque village, known for its colourful houses clinging to the cliffs. Near La Spezia, the groups meets the coach for a comfortable return to the hotel.
