4 Albenga, Alassio and the citrus world

In the morning, visit to a traditional citrus garden. Walk through the citrus groves and sample delicious marmalades and other homemade products. Hiking tour following the footsteps of the ancient Romans, from the walled town of Albenga to Alassio and its beautiful seaside promenade.

6 Dolceacqua and the Bridge of Monet 

Day trip to the peaceful Ligurian hinterland. Hike through olive groves and vineyards around the medieval town of Dolceacqua, with its iconic castle and bridge that inspired the great painter Claude Monet. Lunch break with regional products and local wines. Return to the old centre for a leisurely walkthrough its charming alleys.
