What is a DMC, and what does a DMC do in Italy?

A DMC, or destination management company, plans and manages local travel services on behalf of travel agencies and tour operators. Michelangelo is an Italy DMC and group tour operator (B2B only) that arranges hotels, guides, restaurants, admission tickets, transfers and local assistance for groups.

We do not sell directly to travellers. The agency retains the commercial relationship with its own clients.

Does Michelangelo work with private customers?

No. Michelangelo International Travel operates exclusively on a B2B basis organising tailor-made inbound group tours as an Italy DMC in Italy, Iberia and the Mediterranean. We work with travel agencies, tour operators, coach companies, associations and corporate group organisers.

Private travellers should contact their preferred travel agency, which can then request a quotation from us on their behalf.

Are the prices published on the website final?

No. The rates shown are indicative per-person prices based on double-room occupancy and a minimum number of 25 participants.
