1 Arrival 

2 Riding across the Nurra to Stintino
The ride starts in the small village of Palmadula, following quiet rural roads across the Nurra, surrounded by open fields and peaceful landscapes. Stops in villages between Palmadula and Pozzo San Nicola offer glimpses of local life. Heading north, the Gulf of Stintino gradually comes into view, leading toward the coast. The route reaches the Stintino peninsula and its iconic beaches, including the stunning La Pelosa with its white sand and turquoise waters. A gentle return to Stintino allows a short visit before the bus transfer to Alghero.

3 The Panoramic Road to Bosa
A challenging yet breath-taking tour along one of Sardinia’s most impressive panoramic roads from Alghero to Bosa offers spectacular views of the sea and the rugged coastline. A tasting of the local Malvasia wine is followed by a stroll through the picturesque town of Bosa, with its riverside promenade along the Temo and the historic Sa Costa district. Return by bus to the hotel.

4 Alghero and Capocaccia  [no coach transfers required for this excursion]
The hike starts at the hotel in Porto Conte, following the coastal road toward Capo Caccia along quiet paths with Mediterranean vegetation and wide sea views, reaching one of the main viewpoints of the protected area. Beyond Capo Caccia, the route briefly moves inland and descends to the countryside for a break at a traditional farmhouse with local products and wine. Returning toward the coast, the route passes beaches and coves such as Porticciolo and Mugoni, before continuing to Fertilia and ending in Alghero, with free time to explore its charming historic centre.

5 The Valley of the Nuraghe
Visit to the Nuraghe Santu Antine, one of Sardinia’s most significant nuragic monuments. Short transfer to Thiesi, the starting point of the cycling tour. Ride toward Romana, passing through gentle hills and rural scenery typical of the Meilogu area. The tour continues to Villanova Monteleone, a hilltop village with wide views toward the western coast, ideal for a short break. Panoramic descent toward the sea and arrival in Alghero.

6 From Sassari to Castelsardo
Short bus transfer to Sassari, where the cycling route begins through the scenic landscapes of northern Sardinia. Gradual climb to Osilo, a hilltop village with wide panoramic views over the surrounding countryside. Ride toward San Lorenzo, crossing a rural area of rolling hills, dry stone walls, and small farms. 
Descent toward the coast to reach Lu Bagnu, where the inland scenery gives way to the colors of the Gulf of Asinara. Final stretch to Castelsardo, a charming medieval village with a castle and narrow lanes overlooking the sea.
