1 Arrival

2 Pisa and Lucca

• Discover Pisa, taking in the impressive Cathedral, Baptistry and of course the famous Leaning Tower, Pisa’s iconic signature building (admission extra)
• Continue to Lucca, birthplace of Puccini, also known as the City of 100 Churches, Tuscany’s Open Air Museum

3 Island of Elba

• Tuscany has a few secrets up its sleeves. Whilst the name Tuscany evokes images of lush rolling hillsides full of vineyards and cypress trees, it also has some truly beautiful beaches and islands. Elba is the largest and can be quickly reached by ferry from the mainland
• Its most famous resident was Napoleon, who was exiled here in 1814. The villas that accommodated him, can still be visited today

4 Cinque Terre

• The UNESCO listed hamlets of Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore – are collectively known as the Cinque Terre. The five fishing villages dot the coastline, tucked into the habitable terrain between swaths of lush vertical land and cobalt coves
• Each village is unique. Ancient churches, castles and homes are built around on squares that often feature the sea as the fourth side. The villages now nestle in a national park, with the waters in front part of a protected marine reserve
