Our team consists of specialised, competent professionals - true experts in their respective sectors who are able to meticulously plan each trip to ensure perfect results. By clicking on the links to our different divisions you can access further information about each of our team members.
The Management is headed by the owner Mr Lorenzo Risatti and Mrs Lorena Leoni.
Mrs Helena RĂ¼disser is your correspondent, when you have general suggestions or specific departmental questions.
Our Marketing & Contracts Team develops marketing concepts, makes our hotel contracts and is also responsible for the quality-control of our suppliers.
Hotel reservations are made by the Booking, Hotels & Services Department, that also books all the additional services which contribute to the perfect execution of a trip.
Whereas all the special group events that have particular requirements are planned from A to Z by the M.I.C.E (Meeting, Incentives, Conventions and Events) Department.
The Planning & Quotations and the Production Departments create the offers and take care of professional processing the trips.
Our „Customer Care“ Team is always available to our guests in the quality of personal advisors. You can also refer to our partners in our Branch Offices throughout Italy.
The Michelangelo Team is completed by the Outgoing Department – the travel agency for the locals, and by the Administration and Accounts Departments.
