Since we began in 1981 under the name of Risatti Tours (changed to the current 'Michelangelo International Travel' in 1994), our team has grown significantly and today it consists of about 50 specialised, competent professionals - true experts in their respective sectors who are able to meticulously plan each trip to ensure perfect results. Their tasks range from programming tours to contacts with hotels, organising excursions and providing customer assistance. This latter has proven to be MIT’s real strong point. Direct contact with clients in fact allows us to enhance our awareness of their needs, providing us with the means to best satisfy their expectations. Our dedicated Customer Care Department who call in the hotels to see your groups, also participate at the major international trade fairs and will visit you personally in your offices.Together with our branch offices throughout Italy they ensure satisfied and happy groups wherever they are in Italy.
